Sora

Click to access
Sora is a student reading app that provides access to our school collection, our district collection, and the public library collections. Sora is accessible via the Sora App or on your web browser here. You must log in with your NYCDOE credentials (@nycstudents.net account; instructions here).

Once you login to Sora you should add the Queens Public Library. All QPL books are immediately accessible without a library card. If you want to add your BPL or NYPL library card number, you can do that, too, and read ALL your books in one place! Don't have a BPL card or think you lost your old one? Get a new one here.)

We are building our digital collection in Sora and want to know what you want to read. Click here to fill out a book request form so we can order it.

Destiny

Destiny is a web-based reading app with access to ebooks and audiobooks. This is the catalog that students were used to searching in the building. You can search for a specific book here, or you can click here to go the the online catalog.  Eventually, we will be migrating all digital media to Sora.

More Free Reading

All titles from Audible Stories are FREE to listen to on any device.
Free to join, but to download FREE ebooks, you must register.

Public Libraries

All NYC residents are eligible for a library card at all of the local branches. These icons link to each individual branch. The buttons will take you directly to sign up for an ecard in case you do not have a card or if you lost it.
